短期提升英語口說力|五個簡單實用的練習秘訣|20年全職教大人的英文家教老師分享

在台灣,不少英語學習者都覺得口說流利又自信很難達成。

 

作為一位有二十年教學經驗全職專門教大人的英文老師,我協助過許多大專院校和碩博士學生,以及職場人士透過簡單且有效的每日練習,迅速突破說話瓶頸。以下是我推薦的五個快速提升英語口說的技巧:

一、每天說英語,即使只有十分鐘


試著用英語描述你的生活或身邊的事物,練習越多越自然。

二、錄音並回聽
錄下自己的講話

仔細聽發音與語調,找出需要改進的地方。

三、模仿母語者的說話節奏


使用「影子跟讀法」(Shadowing),聽英語或看影片,跟著聲音反覆模仿,讓語調和韻律更自然。

四、學會實用生活用語


不需太複雜的語法,先掌握日常常用詞句。

五、參加語言交流或練習小組


多跟人對話,比自己學更快建立講話自信。

How to Improve Your English Speaking Skills 

Many EFL English learners in Taiwan struggle with speaking fluently and confidently. As an experienced English instructor (20 years in full-ttime teaching), I’ve helped hundreds of adult students overcome this challenge with simple, effective daily practices.


Here are my top 5 tips for boosting your English speaking skills quickly:

  1. Practice Speaking Every Day

    Even 10 minutes daily can make a big difference. Try talking about your day or describing things around you.
  2. Record Yourself and Listen Back

    This helps you catch pronunciation mistakes and track your progress over time.
  3. Shadow Native Speakers

    Use Shadowing, listen to podcasts, etc. or videos and repeat immediately after the speaker to improve rhythm and intonation.
  4. Learn Practical Phrases

    Focus on everyday expressions you’ll actually use, not just complex grammar.

  5. Join Speaking Groups or Language Exchanges

    Real conversations help build confidence faster than only studying alone.
